-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And now onto some new product updates on the GrowthLoop platform!

new GrowthLoop Journeys are a lot more powerful

As you build out more sophisticated journeys on GrowthLoop, you can now add custom attributes to your customers at each step of the journey. Custom attributes help you tag your customers along the journey, so you can better understand the path each customer takes.

You can now find custom attributes on a Journey's

Destination node

and Criteria node

Criteria nodes are unique in a way that you can have different custom attributes and values for the success vs. failure paths. Now, you can also connect a criteria node's Yes/No paths to the same next node, which allows you to use a criteria node to simply add the right custom attributes for each customer flowing through it.

And there's more! You can export all of your custom attributes as personalization fields and utilize them on your end destination such as SFMC, Braze, GCS or all the other supported destinations.

Give these new features a try, while we bring custom attributes to all other node types on Journeys.

new Preview datasets, while building them

While building your datasets, you can now have a preview of sample records in your dataset.

Simply navigate to one of your datasets and scroll down until you see the preview table

hit the preview button and a few sample records will get loaded.

new You can now re-export a one-time audience export

You can now manually trigger an export, which was originally set up for a one-time export. Navigate to the desired Audience and to its exports tab. Find a one-time export and click the Run button next to it.

And if we may ask for your support....

Help us earn a top spot on the TMW 100!

After landing on spot #29 last year, we’re back in the running for The Martech Weekly’s TMW 100 Awards and we need your vote!

Cast your vote for GrowthLoop as one of the top 100 most innovative martech companies. It takes just a few seconds and makes a big difference in where we land on the TMW 100 ranking.

Voting ends October 4, so please cast your vote today.

Thank you for your support!

New updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with more new and exciting product updates. Let's dive right into them.

new Ingest data into GrowthLoop, from more platforms

We want to help you close the marketing loop by enabling seamless data integration into GrowthLoop from all your tools—whether it’s Facebook, Google Ads, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or any other platform you use.

This allows you to enrich your GrowthLoop audiences with metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, and total conversions, giving you a unified view of performance across all channels. With this data at your fingertips, you can build more precise audiences that leverage those ingested data, and drive smarter marketing decisions.

We've expanded our supported sources to include Facebook, Google Ads, SF Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as Pardot and are continuously adding to the mix.

If there's a source that you're interested in, please let us know and we can prioritize that for you immediately.

new Add an existing Dataset to a Dataset Group

You can now quickly add an existing dataset to your dataset groups, by navigating to your Dataset Group --> Datasets tab and clicking the blue button to add it in. Hopefully this saves you a few unnecessary clicks.

new Select GrowthLoop Models as Datasets

GrowthLoop models allow you to create custom datasets using SQL directly from your data warehouse.

For example, you can merge two tables (e.g., Transactions & Product_Details) into one or filter down a large table to target specific segments inside GrowthLoop.

When you create a new dataset, you can now choose your source type to be a Model, and quickly get a list of the models you've created in GrowthLoop.

 new A few quality-of-life improvements

1. Audience refresh timestamp -- You can now hover over your audience count to see the last data refresh time.

2. Use a computed fields in Syncs -- If you have started using Computed Fields on GrowthLoop, you can now use them as a source field in your Syncs.

Computed Fields allow you to add additional fields to your datasets using SQL or natural language. An example (demonstrated in the screenshot below) would be if you wanted to aggregate the total number of purchases a customer has made and track that as a new column on your Customer table.

Please note any computed field is accessible throughout the GrowthLoop platform. This means you can use those fields to further filter down your audiences or use them as personalization fields if they're built on your primary dataset.

We hope you find these new updates valuable to help you improve your marketing campaigns. If you need any assistance with the above, do not hesitate to reach out to your Solutions Architect at GrowthLoop and we'd be happy to help you out.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We are back with a few exciting new product updates for you. Let's get right to them!

new Two new destinations to export to

We're excited to bring 2 new marketing platforms you can export your audiences to.

1. Taboola.com -- used by content publishers to encourage users to view more articles on the same site, or to gain revenues for referral traffic.

2. SendGrid.com --  a cloud-based SMTP service that helps businesses handle multiple, large and bulk emails through API calls.

new Exporting "system level fields"

If you've ever exported audiences in the past, you'll notice that certain destinations (eg, email platforms, data warehouses... etc) support sending over additional fields per user.

These fields usually include user properties such as city, gender, device_id or any other properties you track for your users. They further help you better filter your users on the destination and personalize your messages to them.

At GrowthLoop, we've decided to extend that list for you. Now the list includes some system level fields, which could help you better organize yourself on the end marketing platform.

When exporting an audience you now have access to these additional system fields:

* Audience ID
* Audience Name
* Export Date
* Destination Name

And when exporting from a Journey to a destination, you'll have access to these additional fields:

* Audience ID
* Audience Name
* Export Date
* Destination Name
* Journey ID
* Journey Name
* Journey Step ID
* Journey Step Name

We hope you put these additional capabilities to use in the near future.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

You might have noticed that we didn't have any updates for you in June. That was only because the team was busy with some substantial new capabilities across the GrowthLoop platform, which we're excited to share with you.

Let's get right to them.

1. Insights tab is here

You can now gain insights across many areas of your marketing strategy (eg, how your various audiences overlap with each other), their performance, your warehouse billing details and much more.

To gain access to the Insights tab on your account, please contact your GrowthLoop rep or Solutions@GrowthLoop.com to get started.

2. Advanced joins

Do you have a sophisticated data model that you'd like to use in GrowthLoop as is? Do you have multiple tables that are indirectly connected to your customers table, which you'd like to use to better target your users?

Advanced joins are here for exactly that purpose. You can now join your tables multiple levels deep (eg, Customers <-> Transactions <-> Products) and segment your audiences more accurately.

In the 2-level join example above you can target customers who:
* Had more than 3 transactions (checked against the Transactions table)
* And purchased Nike products (checked against the Product table)

Up until now you could only go 1-level deep in your joins, but now there are no limits.

3. Journey step activity

If you've been building sophisticated journeys on GrowthLoop, you've probably wanted a more granular view on how each step in the journey has performed so far.

Now, you have all those details under the Journey -> Activity tab. Here you can see each step's:

* Type & name
* Number of users who have or haven't completed that step
* Number of users who globally exited the journey at that step

and more.

4. Locked templates

Now you can lock your templates to make sure when an audience is created from that template, all the template's fields are non-editable. However, the user will be able to add additional fields to the new audience.

To lock/unlock a template look for the lock icon on the top-right side of the Audience builder page.

In the example below, we have an audience built from a locked template that filters customers to State = "Idaho". However, the Audience has an additional field indicating that they don't want users who live in "Idaho Falls" city.

5. Field aliasing

Have you ever wanted to export an audience to a destination but have some fields be labeled differently (in the destination) from what is in your data warehouse? For example changing "date_of_birth" to "DOB" or "email_address" to "email".

You can now do that for the following destinations:
* GCS
* BigQuery
* Snowflake
* Redshift
* SFTP

In the example below you'll see that we're replacing phone_number with phone and social_media_follower with follower on the BigQuery export.

We will be bringing this feature to other destinations that support personalization fields soon. This includes your marketing automation tools such as Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing.

We hope you find these updates exciting and to put them to good use very soon.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with more exciting product features at GrowthLoop. Let's get to them!

new Audit Logs

You've probably encountered the situation where you wanted to know which user in your org stopped a Sync or created an Audience Export or many similar questions to better understand who's doing what on the GrowthLoop application in your organization.

This is exactly where Audit Logs are born from. To give you visibility into the user activities on the application.

In order to access those logs, you must have an Admin or Owner role and can navigate to the Organization menu on the left hand side and click the Audit Logs tab. There you will see the list of your logs in reverse chronological order.

You can filter the events by Action (eg, created, updated, deleted...etc) or Resource Type (Audience, Sync, Journey...etc) or timeframe. You can also use the search bar and search by Resource ID (eg, Audience or Sync ID) or User email.

Once you have identified the records you're looking for, you can scroll to the right side of the table and click the View Logs button. This will present you with a modal which outlines the changes made.

Highlighted lines in red indicate deletions, whereas a green highlight line indicates an addition. In the example below you can see that a dataset was updated with 3 new field mappings.

new Sources are now called Ingest

We heard you loud and clear here! Our Sources menu label was confusing, leading users to think it's where you define your source connections, datasets and dataset groups. In reality that's where you can ingest customer data from 3rd party applications used in your organization that are not in your data warehouse.

These applications include but are not limited to your CRM (eg, Salesforce), your marketing tools (eg, Marketo) or many other supported applications where you have customer related data and would like to use them to improve your targeting and fuel your marketing campaigns.

For now we're calling that menu the Ingest menu and hope this will prevent future confusion and get you to use it more often.

new A few additional features

1. More supported match fields when exporting to Meta (Facebook)

You can now try to increase your match rate when exporting to Facebook, by matching on these 3 new fields:

* Date of Birth

* Age

* Gender

2. Journeys column in Audiences table

When you navigate to your Audiences menu, you can now find a new column in your table, indicating which journeys use each audience as their entry Audience.

3. SFMC support for Business Unit & Folders

When you export an audience to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you can now provide a specific business unit or folder to export your audience to. This in turn will create your respective SFMC Data Extension in the appropriate location.

We hope you find these updates useful to improve your marketing campaigns.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We are back with new updates to GrowthLoop to help with your productivity, user management and control over your marketing campaigns. Let's get to them.

new Sync support for conversions on Bing

As a marketer it's always important to track your conversions, to accurately measure your ROAS. Now GrowthLoop's Syncs support sending conversion events to Bing. In order to set that up on your account, please follow our instructions here.

new More control on Audience export schedules

We have added two new and exciting capabilities to give you more control over your Audience export schedules.

1. Ability to set exports to a monthly schedule. When you choose the Monthly frequency option on the export modal, you're then provided with a smart option, to send on either a specific day of the month or on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th weekday of the month as shown in the screenshot below.

2. You can now edit the export schedule for an already exporting audience. Simply navigate to an audience --> exports tab. Then hit the arrow next to the run button and hit manage. That's where you can change the export schedule and hit save as shown in the gif below.

new Bulk Audience exports

Some of you have tens or even hundreds of audiences. And you had expressed the interest to be able to export some/all of them into a CSV so you could do further reporting and analysis on them. Well now you can!

Navigate to your Audiences page. You should now see a little check-box to the left of each audience ID. You can select as many of your audiences (or even filter first and then select some/all of them) and will be presented with an Actions menu on the top-right corner of the table. Clicking that will offer you an option to download the selected audiences as a CSV.

Keep an eye out on that menu as we plan to allow for more bulk operations in the near future.

new Withdraw user invites

It happens to all of us where we send an invitation to a user and realize we made a mistake. That's when we frantically start looking for the uninvite button.

You can now uninvite users if you invited them by mistake. Simply navigate to your Organizations -> Invitations page and you click on the 3 dotted menu next to the user you want to uninvite.

 We hope you find these new updates to GrowthLoop helpful.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

new Export to 2 new destinations

GrowthLoop can now support 2 new destinations for you to export your audiences to.

1. Community where you can connect with your customers via SMS - view docs here

2. Microsoft's Azure blob storage - view docs here

new One-time exports to CRM destinations

When you set up an export to a CRM destination such as Salesforce or Dynamics, you can now set the export to be one-time only vs. ongoing. Simply activate the check mark in the screenshot, when setting up your export.

new Connect to your Redshift data warehouse

GrowthLoop now lets you connect to Redshift as your data warehouse and be able to build audiences, journeys and more against your data there.

If you have a Redshift warehouse or are thinking of bringing it into your tech stack, here are the docs to walk you through it.

We hope you enjoy these new capabilities and put them to good use soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some new and exciting features to GrowthLoop. Let's get to them.

new AI recommended audiences

If you have Marve enabled on your account, you can expect to see weekly audience recommendations (through AI) on your Home page. Something similar to Spotify's Discover Weekly feature but for marketers.

Below are some examples on a test account.

If you don't have Marve enabled on your account, please contact Solutions@GrowthLoop.com to get started.

new Export to Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360)

GrowthLoop can now help you export your audiences to GAM360 and you can read more on how to do that on our docs here.

new Better Errors on Audience exports and Syncs

You can now see exactly why an Audience Export or Sync failed and get to the root cause of it quickly.

Simply navigate to your specific Audience --> Exports tab or to the desired Sync and click on the failed record for more details.

new Consent data for Google Ads

If you are targeting customers in EEA (Economic European Area) or UK, you're probably aware that since March 6th, you would need to pass on their consent to Google Ads in order to target them.

GrowthLoop now allows you to pass those consent details from your warehouse by simply mapping them during the audience export set up. To learn how please refer to our public docs on exporting to Google Ads.

Thank you for following our updates here and we hope you find these new additions useful.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some new and exciting features to GrowthLoop. Let's get to them.

new A new home page

As GrowthLoop's product offerings are increasing with Audiences, Journeys, Syncs and more, you may at times wish you had a central place (a home page) to have everything at your finger tips.

That's finally here!

The home page is where you can quickly access the key parts of the product, see your recently built audiences and more. We will be adding more widgets to the home page, to better streamline your usage of GrowthLoop in the coming months.

new Multiple source connections

Have you ever wanted to have your GrowthLoop account to connect to multiple data warehouses (eg, BigQuery and Snowflake) at the same time? Or maybe connect to the same warehouse but provide your different GrowthLoop teams access to different tables in the warehouse?

Well you can do all of that using this new feature. If you're an admin user on your account, you can navigate to Organizations -> Source Connections on the product.

That's where you can both create new source connections or manage the ones you already have. Clicking on an existing source connection, will allow you to change which teams in your org have access to that source connection.

We hope this would unlock new possibilities to introduce more of your team mates to GrowthLoop.

new Human readable errors on Journeys

If you don't have the Journeys feature enabled for your org, please get in touch with your GrowthLoop representative, to learn more about this.

If however you're familiar with Journeys, we've brought in a more human readable view to errors encountered when setting up a successful Journey.

Next to the Canvas tab you can now see an Errors tab which outlines possible errors with your Journey. In the example above, we weren't able to publish the journey, because a destination node, was missing the destination details it would want to export to.

We hope you find these updates helpful and are excited to put them to use soon.
