New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We are back with new updates to GrowthLoop to help with your productivity, user management and control over your marketing campaigns. Let's get to them.

new Sync support for conversions on Bing

As a marketer it's always important to track your conversions, to accurately measure your ROAS. Now GrowthLoop's Syncs support sending conversion events to Bing. In order to set that up on your account, please follow our instructions here.

new More control on Audience export schedules

We have added two new and exciting capabilities to give you more control over your Audience export schedules.

1. Ability to set exports to a monthly schedule. When you choose the Monthly frequency option on the export modal, you're then provided with a smart option, to send on either a specific day of the month or on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th weekday of the month as shown in the screenshot below.

2. You can now edit the export schedule for an already exporting audience. Simply navigate to an audience --> exports tab. Then hit the arrow next to the run button and hit manage. That's where you can change the export schedule and hit save as shown in the gif below.

new Bulk Audience exports

Some of you have tens or even hundreds of audiences. And you had expressed the interest to be able to export some/all of them into a CSV so you could do further reporting and analysis on them. Well now you can!

Navigate to your Audiences page. You should now see a little check-box to the left of each audience ID. You can select as many of your audiences (or even filter first and then select some/all of them) and will be presented with an Actions menu on the top-right corner of the table. Clicking that will offer you an option to download the selected audiences as a CSV.

Keep an eye out on that menu as we plan to allow for more bulk operations in the near future.

new Withdraw user invites

It happens to all of us where we send an invitation to a user and realize we made a mistake. That's when we frantically start looking for the uninvite button.

You can now uninvite users if you invited them by mistake. Simply navigate to your Organizations -> Invitations page and you click on the 3 dotted menu next to the user you want to uninvite.

We hope you find these new updates to GrowthLoop helpful.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

new Export to 2 new destinations

GrowthLoop can now support 2 new destinations for you to export your audiences to.

1. Community where you can connect with your customers via SMS - view docs here

2. Microsoft's Azure blob storage - view docs here

new One-time exports to CRM destinations

When you set up an export to a CRM destination such as Salesforce or Dynamics, you can now set the export to be one-time only vs. ongoing. Simply activate the check mark in the screenshot, when setting up your export.

new Connect to your Redshift data warehouse

GrowthLoop now lets you connect to Redshift as your data warehouse and be able to build audiences, journeys and more against your data there.

If you have a Redshift warehouse or are thinking of bringing it into your tech stack, here are the docs to walk you through it.

We hope you enjoy these new capabilities and put them to good use soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some new and exciting features to GrowthLoop. Let's get to them.

new AI recommended audiences

If you have Marve enabled on your account, you can expect to see weekly audience recommendations (through AI) on your Home page. Something similar to Spotify's Discover Weekly feature but for marketers.

Below are some examples on a test account.

If you don't have Marve enabled on your account, please contact Solutions@GrowthLoop.com to get started.

new Export to Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360)

GrowthLoop can now help you export your audiences to GAM360 and you can read more on how to do that on our docs here.

new Better Errors on Audience exports and Syncs

You can now see exactly why an Audience Export or Sync failed and get to the root cause of it quickly.

Simply navigate to your specific Audience --> Exports tab or to the desired Sync and click on the failed record for more details.

new Consent data for Google Ads

If you are targeting customers in EEA (Economic European Area) or UK, you're probably aware that since March 6th, you would need to pass on their consent to Google Ads in order to target them.

GrowthLoop now allows you to pass those consent details from your warehouse by simply mapping them during the audience export set up. To learn how please refer to our public docs on exporting to Google Ads.

Thank you for following our updates here and we hope you find these new additions useful.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some new and exciting features to GrowthLoop. Let's get to them.

new A new home page

As GrowthLoop's product offerings are increasing with Audiences, Journeys, Syncs and more, you may at times wish you had a central place (a home page) to have everything at your finger tips.

That's finally here!

The home page is where you can quickly access the key parts of the product, see your recently built audiences and more. We will be adding more widgets to the home page, to better streamline your usage of GrowthLoop in the coming months.

new Multiple source connections

Have you ever wanted to have your GrowthLoop account to connect to multiple data warehouses (eg, BigQuery and Snowflake) at the same time? Or maybe connect to the same warehouse but provide your different GrowthLoop teams access to different tables in the warehouse?

Well you can do all of that using this new feature. If you're an admin user on your account, you can navigate to Organizations -> Source Connections on the product.

That's where you can both create new source connections or manage the ones you already have. Clicking on an existing source connection, will allow you to change which teams in your org have access to that source connection.

We hope this would unlock new possibilities to introduce more of your team mates to GrowthLoop.

new Human readable errors on Journeys

If you don't have the Journeys feature enabled for your org, please get in touch with your GrowthLoop representative, to learn more about this.

If however you're familiar with Journeys, we've brought in a more human readable view to errors encountered when setting up a successful Journey.

Next to the Canvas tab you can now see an Errors tab which outlines possible errors with your Journey. In the example above, we weren't able to publish the journey, because a destination node, was missing the destination details it would want to export to.

We hope you find these updates helpful and are excited to put them to use soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some more new updates to the GrowthLoop platform.

new Two exciting updates on Dataset Groups (DSGs)

First, we wanted to give you more context on your DSGs when creating a new Audience so it's easier to remember which DSG to use.

The modal now gives you:

1. The most utilized DSG up top and labeled as most popular

2. The name of the User Dataset, which is used in the DSG

3. Total number of Audiences using this DSG

4. Total number of Datasets available in the DSG

And following that, when you navigate to a specific audience, you can now find which DSG it belongs to on the top of the page vs. the right hand panel:

new You can now Sync audience objects to Iterable

Previously you could only use GrowthLoop Syncs to sync events to Iterable. But now we've expanded the functionality to also support audiences.

We hope you find these updates helpful and put them to good use sometime soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with some exciting new updates to the GrowthLoop platform.

new Meet our brand new set of documentation

Having product documentation at your fingertips is crucial to maximize a product's utility -- and GrowthLoop is no exception to that.

We have fully revamped how you can search for and navigate through our docs and everything is just 1 click away.

Please head over to GrowthLoop and take a look at the upper-right corner to find the link:

Or you can get to them through this link now.

new Target your anonymous visitors on Facebook

You may know GrowthLoop as a product that helps you better target your known users across various marketing channels. We have exciting news for you!

Now, you're able to target your anonymous visitors on Facebook/Meta using our partnership with Metarouter.

You can head over to our docs here, to learn more on how it works and be sure to get in touch with us so we can help you get set up.

new Signal Routes are now called Syncs

You've probably used Signal Router on GrowthLoop as it is one of our core products since our inception. This update keeps all the good old capabilities but under a new flag called Syncs.

You can find your Syncs in the left hand menu and continue putting them to good use.

new You can now copy Journeys

If you haven't used our Journeys product, please get in touch with your solutions architect to learn more as you're missing some really powerful capabilities.

And if you've used it in the past, now you can do even more by copying an existing Journey to start building a new one.

To give it a try, head over to one of your Journeys and click on the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and select Copy.

This will duplicate the existing Journey, give it the same name but with a "Copy - " prefix and set it to draft mode. You can then start building your new Journey from its copied state.

Hope you find these updates helpful and get to put them to good use soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hey GrowthLoopers!

We are excited to start the new year with some new updates to the GrowthLoop platform.

new A brand new audience export modal

If you are familiar with our audience exporting, you know the export modal felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the GrowthLoop app. Well, that's not the case anymore!

We have a new and more sleek look and feel when you try to export your audience with more capabilities. Everything from searching for your desired destination, setting your match fields and even more granular scheduling capabilities are here.

Let's run through exporting an audience to Google Ads to see the new changes.

Use the search bar to find the right destination you want to export to:

Then set the appropriate match fields:

Then fine-tune your exporting schedule by selecting the frequency of your export

And finally set the days (eg, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays) you want the export to go out.

new Audience breakdown cap is removed

When it comes to better understanding your targeted audiences, you can use our Breakdown feature to better understand their distribution such as by states, or what % of them are season ticket holders or not.

Up until now, you could only have up to 4 breakdowns per audience, which now is increased to.... well as many as you want.

Note Please keep in mind that loading an audience page will reload their breakdowns as well. This can lead to additional calls to your data warehouse and can add up to your costs if you're not careful. However, we are currently working on introducing an explicit refresh button, to prevent the auto-reload behavior of breakdowns moving forward.

new  Databricks as a new data warehouse

If you're in charge of data in your organization, this feature if for you. If you're not, please forward this email to your appropriate colleagues.

Up until now you could connect GrowthLoop to connect to either a BigQuery or Snowflake warehouse. However, we've introduced support for Databricks as a new warehouse that you can ingest customer, transactions and event data from and build your audiences on top of.

If you're interested in enabling Databricks for your organization, please contact your GrowthLoop support team and they can take care of that for you.

new Two small but mighty improvements

To finish the list of updates we have 3 more things to share with you. They're small improvements, but if you've needed them, you'll appreciate their mighty impact in your workflow.

1. Command-click to open an audience in a new tab

Every time you're on the Audiences page, you can hold the command button and click on the audience to open it in a new browser tab. This saves you a lot of time when you're quickly going through different audiences in the same session.

2. Show signal count for datasets

When you're on your Datasets page, you now have a new column (in the table) that tells you how many signals depend on that dataset.

We hope these additions to the platform are valuable to you and that you get to put them to good use sometime soon.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hey GrowthLoopers!

It's the end of the year and we wanted to close the year with some new and exciting updates. Let's get to them!

new Submit product requests in the app

Starting now you can easily submit your product requests (bugs and new feature) right from GrowthLoop without having to write an email. Next time you log into GrowthLoop, you'll notice a new option in the left hand menu, labeled Product Requests.

Click the menu and you'll be presented with the simple form above, where you can choose between a bug or a feature request. Please choose accordingly and include as much detail (and screenshots if applicable) for us to better understand and address your requests.

newGranular scheduling of Audience Exports

You can now define much more flexible Audience Export schedules. Imagine exporting your audinece with a specific start and end time, where exports only take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The possibilities are endless here and we're slowly turning this feature on for all accounts in the new year. However, if you're keen to gain early access, please contact solutions@growthloop.com and we'd be happy to enable that feature for your account.

new Delete User Datasets

Do you have lots of test datasets of type User that you don't need anymore and would like to clean up? Well, you can now!

Head over to GrowthLoop and click Datasets (menu) -> Datasets (tab) and if you click on the "..." menu to the left of a Users Dataset, you'll see the "Delete Dataset" option in the menu.

Please note that if you try to delete a Users Dataset that's being used by an Audience, Journey or Signal Route, you'll be prompted with an error to first delete those depending entities, before you can delete the dataset.

We hope you find these updates useful and more importantly we wish you happy holidays. We will be back with more exciting updates in 2024.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hey GrowthLoopers!

We have some exciting updates to share with you this week, which are both visual and functional.

new Datasets & Dataset Groups

Some of you have asked for a more seamless interface and user experience when it comes to setting up and managing your Datasets & Dataset Groups. We hear you and have started on a journey to revamp that area of the product visually, with additional functionality.

For a simple star, we've split the Datasets & Dataset Groups into 2 separate tabs. You can also see that our Dataset Groups look more compact with additional information such as the names of datasets in them as well as the number of audiences built on them.

new Same look with extra powers - Refresh Schema

If you navigate to Organizations -> Storage you'll see this Refresh Schema section. The button looks the same but it now resolves some previous issues listed below:

If in the past you were not finding the new field that you just added to your underlying table in GrowthLoop Audience Builder, Datasets or Signal Router, hitting the Refresh Schema button should fix it.

new Global exit criteria for Journeys is here

When setting up a new journey on GrowthLoop, you now have an option to define an audience as your global exit criteria. What this means is that as soon as anyone in the journey enters your global exit audience, they're automatically removed from the journey.

new You can now define match-fields on your DV360 exports

If you've started using DV360 as a destination and are exporting to it, you can now define more match fields on your Contact and Device objects.

When exporting, click on the Settings tab and you'll be presented with fields you can match on for each object type.

Enjoy these updates and hope you get to start putting them to good use.

New Updates To GrowthLoop

Hey GrowthLoopers!

Sit back and get ready for some exciting updates on GrowthLoop!

New GrowthLoop turbo has been released

Without going into all the detailed engineering work required to make the app much much faster, you can now enjoy a snappier GrowthLoop.

Go ahead and try loading your audiences, datasets or any other section of the app and we'd be surprised if don't notice significant speed improvements.

new  Export your audiences to 3 new major destinations

We know destinations are where your customers get activated. So we have 3 new major destinations to expand your marketing campaigns to. Here they are:

1. Adobe Experience Platform

2. Display & Video 360 (DV360)

3. Genesys

You can set 1 & 3 up the same way as you do any other destination but for #2 please contact your rep at GrowthLoop to get you started.

New See your personalization fields on audience exports

You set your audience export and 2 weeks later wonder what personalization fields you included in those exports. Well now you can answer that question!

Head over to your desired Audience, click the Export chip and you'll see a newly added column that lists all of the included personalization fields.

new Define your own 'prefix' for personalization fields, when exporting to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Next time you set up a Salesforce Marketing Cloud destination:

You'll see a new field where you can specify the prefix for personalization fields, at the bottom:

You have 3 options here:

1. Use the system default of "fw" (Recommended)

2. Define your own prefix that's less than or equal to 5 characters

3. Leave it blank

If you decide to leave it blank, please make sure it will not overwrite your data extension values in SFMC.

Hope you enjoy these updates and get to put them to good use.
