New updates to GrowthLoop
Hi GrowthLoop community 👋
We're back with more new and exciting product updates. Let's dive right into them.
new Ingest data into GrowthLoop, from more platforms
We want to help you close the marketing loop by enabling seamless data integration into GrowthLoop from all your tools—whether it’s Facebook, Google Ads, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or any other platform you use.
This allows you to enrich your GrowthLoop audiences with metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, and total conversions, giving you a unified view of performance across all channels. With this data at your fingertips, you can build more precise audiences that leverage those ingested data, and drive smarter marketing decisions.
We've expanded our supported sources to include Facebook, Google Ads, SF Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as Pardot and are continuously adding to the mix.
If there's a source that you're interested in, please let us know and we can prioritize that for you immediately.
new Add an existing Dataset to a Dataset Group
You can now quickly add an existing dataset to your dataset groups, by navigating to your Dataset Group --> Datasets tab and clicking the blue button to add it in. Hopefully this saves you a few unnecessary clicks.
new Select GrowthLoop Models as Datasets
GrowthLoop models allow you to create custom datasets using SQL directly from your data warehouse.
For example, you can merge two tables (e.g., Transactions & Product_Details) into one or filter down a large table to target specific segments inside GrowthLoop.
When you create a new dataset, you can now choose your source type to be a Model, and quickly get a list of the models you've created in GrowthLoop.
new A few quality-of-life improvements
1. Audience refresh timestamp -- You can now hover over your audience count to see the last data refresh time.
2. Use a computed fields in Syncs -- If you have started using Computed Fields on GrowthLoop, you can now use them as a source field in your Syncs.
Computed Fields allow you to add additional fields to your datasets using SQL or natural language. An example (demonstrated in the screenshot below) would be if you wanted to aggregate the total number of purchases a customer has made and track that as a new column on your Customer table.
Please note any computed field is accessible throughout the GrowthLoop platform. This means you can use those fields to further filter down your audiences or use them as personalization fields if they're built on your primary dataset.
We hope you find these new updates valuable to help you improve your marketing campaigns. If you need any assistance with the above, do not hesitate to reach out to your Solutions Architect at GrowthLoop and we'd be happy to help you out.
