Decisioning in Journeys

Introducing Decisioning in Journeys—an intelligent way to optimize which experience each customer receives. You define different paths and success metrics, and the system learns over time which options drive the best outcomes, automatically improving performance.

All learning and decisioning happens within GrowthLoop, directly on your first-party data—nothing is sent to external AI systems.

If you have access to Journeys, you have AI Decisioning already. Find our how it works.

Want to try it? Reach out to your account manager to get access to Journeys.

Experimentation Suite for Audiences

Prove the true lift of your campaigns using warehouse-native measurement.

Calculate incremental uplift caused by campaigns and customer engagements. Measure true incremental impact continuously, even after campaigns scale to 100%. Measure the outcomes that matter to you and leverage our new Metrics Builder to define metrics by referencing warehouse metrics, writing custom SQL, or mapping raw ingested data.

New GrowthLoop Updates

Schema Evolution Change Detection & Alerting: Schema evolution monitoring helps you catch breaking schema changes early, before they cause downstream export failures. When GrowthLoop detects a schema mutation in your warehouse, you get clear in-app alerts and can quickly validate whether your warehouse fix resolved the issue.

Saved Node Library: For custom nodes that allow you to trigger external systems, like Trigger nodes, you can save the node for later use to avoid reconfiguration each time. This makes it easier for Marketers to call pre-existing nodes that call ML models or offer assignment systems.

Metrics Builder: The Metrics Builder lets you define the KPIs you care about and track them across your audiences and campaigns -- directly on top of your data cloud. There are no data pipelines to build, no engineering tickets to file. Point GrowthLoop at the numbers that matter to your business and start using them right away.

Google Campaign Manager 360 Enhanced Conversions: send and attribute conversions, including offline conversions, back to ads for accurate performance measurement.

Multiple Exports to the Same Destination: Export the same audience multiple times to the same destination, giving you the flexibility to test different configurations or run variations without duplicating audiences.

Identity Resolution

Identity Resolution: refreshed UI and configurable third-party spines for improved resolution performance. GrowthLoop’s identity resolution foundation now includes a brand-new configuration experience and support for third-party identity spines such as Audience Acuity. With more flexible identity inputs and easier workflow management, teams can improve profile resolution performance and produce stronger unified customer profiles for downstream activation and analysis.

Same-Session Personalization

Same-session personalization: make decisions in real time by routing personalized signals, offers, or computed attributes directly to a user's profile and immediately retrieving them on your website or mobile app. As soon as a user takes an action, GrowthLoop can evaluate journey logic, update profile attributes, and return the latest context within the same session. This enables true in-the-moment experiences like dynamic offers, adaptive onboarding, real-time audience qualification, and same-session experimentation without relying on batch updates or custom front-end logic.

Export Templates

Export Templates remove one of the biggest sources of friction in activation: rebuilding the same export setup over and over, and hoping nothing gets misconfigured along the way. Whether a lifecycle marketer is exporting to one destination or orchestrating a multi-channel push, templates eliminate repetitive steps, reduce mistakes, and make teams dramatically faster.

For a single destination: Templates let users save a fully configured export setup once (match fields, personalization, inclusion criteria), and reuse it instantly, instead of recreating everything every time.

Across multiple destinations: Users can select the right template for each destination and run them all at once, enabling fast, consistent multi-channel activation without the usual setup time or error risk.

We’re back with new product updates designed to help you compound your growth!

Export Preview

Improve data governance and campaign efficiency with a faster, safer way to validate your audiences before exporting. With Export Preview, you can instantly check your filters, match fields, and consent logic without the need for frequent CSV audience exports or PII exposure needed. Preview your audience using selected match, additional, and consent fields.

To get started go to your existing audience, click export, and choose a destination. Scroll down on that modal to see the full preview of your export.

New Destination: Eloqua

Accelerate campaign activation and time-to-market with our new native Eloqua integration. You can now send GrowthLoop audiences directly to Eloqua, without manual imports or extra steps. This makes it easy for your team to activate personalized campaigns through Eloqua faster, straight from your data warehouse.

New GrowthLoop updates

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We’re back with new product updates designed to help you compound your growth!

Multiple Exports to a Single Destination

Improve operational efficiency and self-service at scale by exporting the same audience to a destination multiple times with different settings. Instead of duplicating audiences, marketers can now test, troubleshoot, and optimize exports directly, with built-in name previews and warnings to ensure accuracy and governance.

Audience Breakdowns

Validate real audience reach in seconds with the ability to toggle reporting across primary and secondary datasets. Marketers can now view and break down audiences by users, transactions, products, or households—no SQL or engineering help required—so planning becomes faster, clearer, and less error-prone.

Secondary Custom Attributes for Journeys

Enhance personalization and targeting at scale by enriching audiences with data from related tables like transactions or events, all without writing SQL. Marketers can use a simple dropdown interface in Journeys to create attributes such as total purchase amount or number of visits, then use them for personalized campaigns or refined filtering. This makes it easy to turn complex warehouse data into actionable insights, bridging the gap between data sophistication and marketing accessibility. Expansion to Audiences is coming soon.

As always, your Solutions Architect is here if you want to explore any of these updates in more detail.
