New GrowthLoop Updates

Hi GrowthLoop community! 👋

We’re back with new product updates designed to help you compound your growth!

Export Preview

Improve data governance and campaign efficiency with a faster, safer way to validate your audiences before exporting. With Export Preview, you can instantly check your filters, match fields, and consent logic without the need for frequent CSV audience exports or PII exposure needed. Preview your audience using selected match, additional, and consent fields.

To get started go to your existing audience, click export, and choose a destination. Scroll down on that modal to see the full preview of your export.

New Destination: Eloqua

Accelerate campaign activation and time-to-market with our new native Eloqua integration. You can now send GrowthLoop audiences directly to Eloqua, without manual imports or extra steps. This makes it easy for your team to activate personalized campaigns through Eloqua faster, straight from your data warehouse.

As always, your Solutions Architect is here if you want to explore any of these updates in more detail.

New GrowthLoop updates

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We’re back with new product updates designed to help you compound your growth!

Multiple Exports to a Single Destination

Improve operational efficiency and self-service at scale by exporting the same audience to a destination multiple times with different settings. Instead of duplicating audiences, marketers can now test, troubleshoot, and optimize exports directly, with built-in name previews and warnings to ensure accuracy and governance.

Audience Breakdowns

Validate real audience reach in seconds with the ability to toggle reporting across primary and secondary datasets. Marketers can now view and break down audiences by users, transactions, products, or households—no SQL or engineering help required—so planning becomes faster, clearer, and less error-prone.

Secondary Custom Attributes for Journeys

Enhance personalization and targeting at scale by enriching audiences with data from related tables like transactions or events, all without writing SQL. Marketers can use a simple dropdown interface in Journeys to create attributes such as total purchase amount or number of visits, then use them for personalized campaigns or refined filtering. This makes it easy to turn complex warehouse data into actionable insights, bridging the gap between data sophistication and marketing accessibility. Expansion to Audiences is coming soon.

As always, your Solutions Architect is here if you want to explore any of these updates in more detail.

New GrowthLoop Updates

Hey GrowthLoop community,

We’re back with new product updates designed to help you compound your growth! 👋

New  Sync to Google Campaign Manager 360

Prove ROI more accurately by tying results directly back to campaigns. Now, you can sync conversions directly into Google Campaign Manager 360 for more accurate performance measurement. This helps you close the loop on campaign performance, strengthen ROI reporting, and optimize spend with confidence.

New  Update to our Braze integration: JSON Objects & Arrays

Deliver more personalized customer experiences at scale by syncing JSON objects and arrays into Braze user attributes, giving you richer customer profiles to power highly tailored, cross-channel campaigns that drive higher engagement and loyalty.

New  Update to Export Run Logs

Improve efficiency and governance with our new update. Export logs are now written to the system schema of each source connection instead of a single global table, improving transparency, troubleshooting, and governance across your data pipelines.

New GrowthLoop Updates

Hey Growthloop community,

We're back with more new and exciting product updates!

New LiveRamp Activation

Activate first-party audiences faster and streamline your workflow with GrowthLoop’s new LiveRamp Destination. Send audiences directly to LiveRamp via SFTP and activate across LiveRamp’s distribution ecosystem, all without having to leave the GrowthLoop platform.

New TikTok Streaming API

Accelerate revenue and maximize ad performance by activating audiences on TikTok in real-time with the TikTok Streaming API. Unlike batch uploads that lag, our TikTok Streaming API keeps your audiences fresh so you can launch campaigns faster and reach your revenue targets.

Note: This destination will be called “TikTok Streaming”. Also, device IDs must be declared separately as AAID or IDFA, they cannot be mixed in one column.

New  SSH key support for SFTP

Improve your data compliance with our new SSH key support for SFTP, which allows for more security and flexibility, giving you the option to choose between username/password or SSH key authentication.

As always, your Solutions Architect is here if you want to explore any of these updates in more detail.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

Welcome back to another series of product updates. Let's dive right into them.

new You can now export to DV360

Have you ever wanted to export your audiences to DV360? Now you can, using GrowthLoop! The setup is pretty straightforward and you can find the step-by-step guide in our docs here.

new Journey support for manual mode

If you've built complex journeys on GrowthLoop in the past, you've probably wanted the ability to manually run parts of the journey or even a single node at a time. Manual mode allows you to test running your journey (after it's published), make adjustments to the journey and when you're ready, switch its schedule to a one-time or an on-going cadence.

To learn about how to set it up and review some key use cases, take a look at our short documentation here.

new Inline data refresh

Ever wondered if your data team has updated your table schemas, before you start building a dataset, or an audience? That question has probably lead you to refreshing the entire schema in GrowthLoop to make sure you're building against your most up-to-date schema, which can take a few minutes every time you do.

Now you can refresh specific parts of the data as you're interacting with them in the application. For example right in the audience builder, if you want to make sure there are any changes to your primary or secondary datasets.

Here's the list of all other areas in the product where you can trigger the refresh button to load up your latest updates to your underlying schema.

* Audience builder, fields on the primary & secondary tables
* Audience builder, break down fields
* Syncs page, match fields dropdown
* Syncs page, field mapping dropdown
* Journeys page, fields on criteria nodes (and other fields)
* Datasets page: unique fields dropdown
* Datasets page: fields for table configuration

new You can now delete several objects

Ever wanted to declutter your GrowthLoop environment and get rid of any unnecessary Datasets, Source Connections or otherwise?

You can now delete the following objects.

* Source Connection
* Datasets
* Dataset Groups
* Dataset Group Associations
* Join Configurations

And to keep you safe, GrowthLoop will always check to see if there are any dependencies on the object you're trying to delete. If there are any, it'll prevent you and help identify those related dependancies.

We hope you find these helpful and get to put them to use sometime soon.

New Updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

In case you missed it, The Loop is here! It’s a new approach designed to help you optimize your campaigns more quickly and see exactly how your marketing drives real business outcomes. With The Loop, gain actionable insights and continuously improve your performance.

This week we have some updates related to The Loop and more to come in the coming weeks.

new Import your marketing performance data into GrowthLoop

You can ingest your paid marketing (eg, Facebook, Google Ads) and life-cycle marketing (eg, Email, CRM) data and use them to better target your customers. We have increased our supported ingestion sources to now include:

* Sailthru

* Iterable and

* Braze

And here's the full list of supported ingest connections, which we'll be adding to rapidly in the coming weeks.

new Default custom attributes

You can now add important custom attributes to audience templates. Any audiences created from those templates, will automatically inherit the template's custom attributes. Be careful about those values, as both the key and value set on the template are inherited by the audience.

new Specify a prefix for exported personalization fields

When exporting to a destination that supports personalization fields (eg, email marketing tools), you can now define your desired prefix to those personalization fields to quickly identify them against all other fields.

When setting up your destination, look for this field in the modal:

new You can now copy/paste Journey nodes

Simple but powerful. If you have a node in your GrowthLoop Journey, you can simply click it --> hit Ctrl+C --> Click anywhere on the canvas --> hit Ctrl+V and you'll have a copy of that node appear there.

Hidden gem -- If you're looking at multiple journeys side-by-side, you can easily  copy a node from one journey to another.

We hope you find these updates useful and please speak to your GrowthLoop solutions architect, to learn more about The Loop!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And now onto some new product updates on the GrowthLoop platform!

new GrowthLoop Journeys are a lot more powerful

As you build out more sophisticated journeys on GrowthLoop, you can now add custom attributes to your customers at each step of the journey. Custom attributes help you tag your customers along the journey, so you can better understand the path each customer takes.

You can now find custom attributes on a Journey's

Destination node

and Criteria node

Criteria nodes are unique in a way that you can have different custom attributes and values for the success vs. failure paths. Now, you can also connect a criteria node's Yes/No paths to the same next node, which allows you to use a criteria node to simply add the right custom attributes for each customer flowing through it.

And there's more! You can export all of your custom attributes as personalization fields and utilize them on your end destination such as SFMC, Braze, GCS or all the other supported destinations.

Give these new features a try, while we bring custom attributes to all other node types on Journeys.

new Preview datasets, while building them

While building your datasets, you can now have a preview of sample records in your dataset.

Simply navigate to one of your datasets and scroll down until you see the preview table

hit the preview button and a few sample records will get loaded.

new You can now re-export a one-time audience export

You can now manually trigger an export, which was originally set up for a one-time export. Navigate to the desired Audience and to its exports tab. Find a one-time export and click the Run button next to it.

And if we may ask for your support....

Help us earn a top spot on the TMW 100!

After landing on spot #29 last year, we’re back in the running for The Martech Weekly’s TMW 100 Awards and we need your vote!

New updates to GrowthLoop

Hi GrowthLoop community 👋

We're back with more new and exciting product updates. Let's dive right into them.

new Ingest data into GrowthLoop, from more platforms

We want to help you close the marketing loop by enabling seamless data integration into GrowthLoop from all your tools—whether it’s Facebook, Google Ads, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or any other platform you use.

This allows you to enrich your GrowthLoop audiences with metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, and total conversions, giving you a unified view of performance across all channels. With this data at your fingertips, you can build more precise audiences that leverage those ingested data, and drive smarter marketing decisions.

We've expanded our supported sources to include Facebook, Google Ads, SF Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as Pardot and are continuously adding to the mix.

If there's a source that you're interested in, please let us know and we can prioritize that for you immediately.

new Add an existing Dataset to a Dataset Group

You can now quickly add an existing dataset to your dataset groups, by navigating to your Dataset Group --> Datasets tab and clicking the blue button to add it in. Hopefully this saves you a few unnecessary clicks.

new Select GrowthLoop Models as Datasets

GrowthLoop models allow you to create custom datasets using SQL directly from your data warehouse.

For example, you can merge two tables (e.g., Transactions & Product_Details) into one or filter down a large table to target specific segments inside GrowthLoop.

When you create a new dataset, you can now choose your source type to be a Model, and quickly get a list of the models you've created in GrowthLoop.

 new A few quality-of-life improvements

1. Audience refresh timestamp -- You can now hover over your audience count to see the last data refresh time.

2. Use a computed fields in Syncs -- If you have started using Computed Fields on GrowthLoop, you can now use them as a source field in your Syncs.

Computed Fields allow you to add additional fields to your datasets using SQL or natural language. An example (demonstrated in the screenshot below) would be if you wanted to aggregate the total number of purchases a customer has made and track that as a new column on your Customer table.

Please note any computed field is accessible throughout the GrowthLoop platform. This means you can use those fields to further filter down your audiences or use them as personalization fields if they're built on your primary dataset.

We hope you find these new updates valuable to help you improve your marketing campaigns. If you need any assistance with the above, do not hesitate to reach out to your Solutions Architect at GrowthLoop and we'd be happy to help you out.
