Give each person access that matches their responsibilities in each team. GrowthLoop now supports multiple roles per user, per team, making it easier to manage access across your organization.

• Assign different roles in different teams. A person can be an Admin in one team and a User in another. Their permissions follow the team they’re working in.
• Combine roles within a team. Assign more than one of your organization’s configured roles to the same person. Their access combines the permissions those roles provide.
• Manage roles in one place. Open a person’s profile from your organization’s Users tab to review their team memberships and update roles for each team, subject to your management permissions.
• See roles more easily. Role labels now appear in the team switcher and organization management views. You can also search the Users list by role.
• See changes without refreshing. User and team management views update after membership or role changes, helping you confirm the latest assignments.
• Continue using your existing SSO integration. Single sign-on (SSO) continues to work as normal. On the SSO mappings page, you can map multiple groups from your SSO payload to teams and roles, so access reflects each person’s group memberships.

Your own roles are view-only in the editor. Another authorized administrator or owner must make changes to your roles.

Editable Audiences: Update an audience’s filters and segmentation logic after it has been exported or used in a published journey, without creating a duplicate. Each saved change creates a version you can review in the Queries tab, including who changed it and what changed. Export history and journey audit logs help you trace the version associated with each export or journey change.

The new advanced HTML editor is now available in the Content Studio to build email templates! 

Audience Insights: GrowthLoop’s new Audience Insights tab gives marketers a richer view of who is in an audience before activating it. Teams can quickly understand audience size and contactability, explore demographic and geographic composition using first-party and Audience Acuity data, and see how members are distributed across attributes like age, income, language, homeownership, education, and occupation. With audience comparisons and customizable reports, marketers can evaluate how audiences differ, uncover meaningful characteristics, and communicate those insights without leaving GrowthLoop.

These progress updates are also now saved and remain visible when you open an existing conversation.
• Context Manager Updates. Minor UI improvements have been made to the context manager to make it easier to see and manage what context the AI is working with during your session.
• Improved Performance & Stability. Customers should notice fewer delays and a more consistent experience across sessions — especially in complex, multi-step workflows.

Notifications Management: GrowthLoop’s existing email alerts now include more granular controls for how notifications are routed across your organization. Admins can manage notification recipients from the Organization Notifications tab and route alerts to the audience creator, specific individuals, or shared team aliases. With support for alerts like audience export failures, invalid destination credentials, dataset update failures, and audiences ready for review, teams can keep long-standing notification workflows in place while making sure each alert reaches the right owner faster.
